The low end starting out rate for a new talent in the market - 2-4000rmb per day.
2000 - 4000 RMB per day
10 Hour working days
Every hour over 10 is charged at 10% for the day's rate
Month package deals accepted as low as 30k minimum
Travel days are paid at half day rate.
Rest days are paid at full price or half day rate.

Have them introduce you to a "Decision-Maker".
This could be a CMO, Head of Content, Head of marketing, Casting, head talent manager, head agent, line producer, fight coordinators, action coordinators assistants, theatre managers, internal casting.
Cold Outreach 🧊
Search on LinkedIn and IMDB for the companies, agents, managers, castings directors, action departments on your list.
Find a "Decision-Maker" to reach out to.
If possible find a mutual acquaintance to introduce you.
Use Apollo.IO to generate leads and track industry relationships as well as uncover contact information of hard to get to people.
Send a personalised email with a cover letter, your resume and book a call.
📣 Action Item: Reach out to as many businesses as you can without lowering email quality.
Step 5: Close the Deal 🤝
Discovery Call (Use this Template)
Introduce yourself and your company.
Learn about them and their company (find out what is is exactly they need, then pitch that back to them).
Ask "What does a win look like?".
Prescribe deliverables to fit their needs.
Give them a ballpark $ range NOT A DAY RATE. (E.G $5K - $10K)
Make it Official
Send an official proposal following the call OR request a contract (depending on the client, commercial, film, theatre, online social media, private).
Finalize over email or hop on a call if needed.
Sign contracts.
Get deposit or full payment upfront or split over the course of the services contract.
