2024 to Present
In 2024, Troy launched his new series podcast, 'Movie Martial Arts', interviewing some of the world's best filmmakers with a dedicated focus on the action genre. Currently, Troy is focused on scaling content and building the Troys Team brand into a worldwide powerhouse and key industry leader across the martial arts, athletics, and combat training landscapes. Amidst his intensive training and coaching schedule, he continues to develop original stories and take on premier film work, while assisting brands and companies with viral marketing strategies and content creation.
Troy began training to build self-defense skills and personal confidence. Today, he remains an eternal student. He rejects speculation and trends, choosing to analyze combat through the laws of physics, psychology, anatomy, and gravity. For Troy, progress demands rigorous trial and error.
Because martial arts are a creative pursuit, every art requires a sound basis of creativity. Troy constantly challenges traditional and modern concepts, developing and testing his own frameworks to discover what can be improved.
He values tradition, culture, and history. As a student of warfare, he analyzes historical military texts from all nations and eras, drawing specific strategic inspiration from figures like Napoleon Bonaparte and Colonel David Hackworth.
Culture, history, and a deliberate plan form the absolute backbone of his martial path and execution strategies.
A five-year clinical mentorship under renowned osteopath and chiropractor John Cice shapes Troy’s approach. He synthesizes traditional combat systems with modern sports science, prioritizing mechanics over raw force.
Mirroring Bruce Lee’s training philosophy, Troy relies on conventional strength and power training, guided by the precise principles of legendary coach Charles Poliquin. Every protocol is engineered for explosive power, dynamic flexibility, and bulletproof structural durability. Troy takes from all systems to constantly refine his methods.
While science dictates how his training functions, the ultimate driver is internal. An unwavering, absolute belief in his faith grounds, protects, and empowers Troy to perform at the highest tier.
